    Overall, the finishes were terrible! Nothing is plump (windows, doors, walls), brickwork is horrendous (massively chipped bricks viewable from the street), skirtings are as if from an old home (rough and poorly painted), scratched chrome tapware (looks second hand), scratched basins, cracked basin, chipped mirror, scratched high gloss kitchen cabinetry. List goes on and on. Definitely not what they used to be 20 years ago. The sons are running this company into the ground.
