  I used to love going here but lately it's a toss of the dice on whether I'll even get the meal I odrer. I went there last week and the lovely blonde girl serving got my meal just right, best I've had in ages and it was entirely because it was a quiet day - she was the only one on, and so she couldn't mess up my order. I went again today and the dark haired teenage boy working the register didn't confirm my order even though I asked TWICE for the 14 hour beef burrito bowl with guacamole. Got the meal to go, lo and behold I got home and it was definitely not what I ordered. Instead I was given some nasty looking chicken and tomato thing that looks like someone vomitted in a bowl. Worst of all, I wasn't given a receipt so I can't even take it back and demand that they give me what I ordered instead.
  
  Definitely need better customer service and more attentive staff on busier shifts. I was the only person lined up to order and there were 5 people in that kitchen. How the hell did they mess up my meal? This literally ruined my day. I was so excited for my meal and am left angry and disappointed.
